MOSCOW, Nov 30 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian steelmaker Severstal have approved paying 37.34 rubles per share, or around 31.28 billion rubles, in dividends for July–September, the company said in a statement on Monday.
The record date for the dividends is December 8.
Severstal paid 27.47 rubles per share in dividends for July–September 2019.
In 2020, the company already paid 27.35 rubles per share, or a total of around 22.91 billion rubles, in dividends for January–March and 15.44 rubles per share, or a total of 12.93 billion rubles, for April–June.
The core owner of Severstal is tycoon Alexei Mordashov with a stake of 77.03%.
